Former house to left of irregular terrace, late C18 (OS says pre-1776), with mid C19 projecting shop with later C20 windows.
MATERIALS: Painted limestone ashlar, double pitched double Roman tile roof with moulded stacks to left.
PLAN: Double depth plan.
EXTERIOR: Three storeys, three-window front. Coped parapet, stopped cornice, plate glass sash windows to second floor, horizontal glazing bars to two/two-pane sashes to first floor. Moulded cornice to fascia articulated by paired moulded consoles with turned pendants over doors, four-panel door and overlight to far left, and set back door to centre of shop.
