Row of five houses. Late C18/early C19 with C20 alterations.
MATERIALS: Limestone ashlar, double pitched double Roman tile and slate roofs with moulded stacks to coped gable ends and party walls.
PLAN: Double depth plans.
EXTERIOR: No.103 to left has two storeys lower ground floor, two-window range, eaves band and lower ground floor platband over rough ashlar. Horizontal glazing bars to two/two-pane sash windows to upper floors, segmental arch over C19 or C20 double planked doors. C20 door in right return has no windows. Nos 104, 105 and 106 have three storeys, each has one window range. Slate roof, share continuous coped parapet and cornice and have six/six-pane sash windows. Exuberant scrolled wrought iron brackets support C20 tiled lean-to hoods over C20 doors, one to right of No.104, those to Nos 105 and 106 have paired to inside right of block. No.107, probably older, two storeys with attic, single-window range. Slate and pantile mansard roof has original raking dormer to centre, six/six-pane sash window to each floor and C20 porch and door to left. Rear has single pitched double Roman tile roof over C20 windows.
