Detached small house. Possibly mid C18.
MATERIALS: Squared and dressed block to front, rubble rear, slate roof.
PLAN: Two storey two windowed range set gable to road and facing the Hadley Arms (qv) to the east.
EXTERIOR: Wide spaced small plain sashes at each level, with door off centre, left. Gable end has plain sash to each floor, and back wall unbroken. Large square central ashlar stack, and the coped gables have saddle stones with tri-lobed finials.
INTERIOR: Not inspected.
HISTORY: The building may have been a service block to the Hadley Arms in the C19, but it was probably built as a pair of small cottages.
