House. Late C18, but altered in the C19.
MATERIALS: Limestone ashlar with Welsh slate roof.
PLAN: Low narrow double depth house with entrance to right.
EXTERIOR: Single storey, attic and basement, one window. Basement area behind C20 iron railing. Panelled door in plain recess. Eight/eight-sash without architrave. Heavy cornice perhaps denoting there had once been shopfront beneath. Parapet, mansard roof with single large flat topped dormer with eight/eight-sash. Rear elevation not seen.
INTERIOR: Not inspected. Low build of this house may be result of existing lights of adjoining No.1 Vineyards (qv).
