Formerly known as: No.7 MOUNT BEACON HILL. House in irregular terrace. Mid C19.
MATERIALS: Limestone rubble with freestone dressings, roof and stacks unseen.
PLAN: Double depth plan.
EXTERIOR: Three storeys and lower ground floor, four-window front. Low coped parapet rises over gable and paired windows to centre of second floor and lower ground floor. First and upper ground floors have hipped lead roof to shallow canted bay with diagonal planking to aprons and corbel. To right are steps and flamboyant wreathed cast iron railings up to classical style pedimented porch with paterae to triglyph frieze. nine-panel door has three rows of three panels, glazed to top. To left of lower ground floor similar glazed six-panel door.
