MATERIALS: Limestone ashlar, double Roman tile roof.
PLAN: Unusually narrow house for terrace, with entry and staircase to left.
EXTERIOR: Three storeys, attic and basement, one window, all plain sashes, but with two twelve-pane sash dormers, and twelve and eight-pane to basement. Six-panel door in Doric three-quarter column doorcase with full entablature and pediment. Deep platband set slightly higher than to No.25 (qv) adjoining, but modillion cornice with blocking course and parapet carry throughout. Lead downpipe to right, coped party division with deep stack, right. Rear in two-bays, with mainly plain sash, but one with twelve-panes, sashes staggered.
INTERIOR: Not inspected.
