Mid 19th century, 2-storey and attic built into sloping
site near bridge, Rubble built, rough granite dressings,
SE gable elevation 2 window, SW flank elevation, 3 window
squarish proportion, glazed in vertical strips of 5 lights.
Big roof of steep pitch, slated, 2 attic windows SE gable
Outshot probably originally for wheel, lade and sluice
works at NW gable; timber outshot at NE; later detached
harled structure SE.
