Description

Mid and later 19th century row of 3 cottages by Henrietta
Bridge, joined but of different builds. Each 1 storey and
attic, slate roofs.
NO 41: 3 bay, centre door, squared rubble, painted margins, 2
piended dormers.
NO 42: 2 bay, rubble and dressed margins. 1 piended dormer.
NO 43: 3 bay, centre door. Tripartites. Coursed rubble with
polished ashlar dressings.

Statement of Interest

Henrietta Street named after Henrietta Mackenzie whom Sir

James Mackenzie of Scatwell married in 1810. Nos 41 and 42

appear on 1871 OS map.
