Dated 1840. Single storey and attic, symmetrical 3-bay
house facing SW, with flanking single storey, single bay
wings. All harled with painted ashlar margins. Centre door
with simple coriced wooden doorpiece with datestone above
3 piended dormers break wallhead. Slightly different
flanking wings, barely set back from main front, each
with single window and piended slate roof. Mainly 12-pane
glazing; end stacks; slate roof.
Front low coped retaining wall with decorative spearhead
cast-iron railings.
