N (ENTRANCE) ELEVATION: single storey, 3-bay block with modern wooden porch at centre; flanking windows. Square dormers symmetrically disposed; multi-paned casements.
E (MAIN) ELEVATION: canted elevation to wing with steep hipped slate roof, oversailing eaves supported on timber piers forming covered area, 3 windows, plate glass. 2-bay elevation of rear wing to left, windows symmetrically disposed, 12-pane top-hung.
W ELEVATION: lean-to wooden shed.
Modern windows; grey slate roof, lead flashings; corniced sandstone ridge stacks.
INTERIOR: not seen 1994.
GATE AND RAILINGS: cast-iron paddock railings; post gatepiers with circular ball finial; decorative gates.
