Description

1842. 2-storey, 3-bay gusset building. Stugged ashlar
with polished dressings and painted ground floor. New
Street elevation has central door with fanlight and flanking
shop windows. Single altered window in return elevation.
Band course and continuous cornice over ground floor. 4
1st floor 12-pane sash windows. 2 in return elevation.
Elevation to 2 Aitken Street has 2 bays, window left,
pilastered doorpiece with cornice and blocking course
right. Single 1st floor, 12-pane, central window and
wallhead stack. Angle margins, eaves course, cornice and
blocking course. Slate roof, piended to return elevation.
