Description

A & W Reid 1873. Asymmetrical gabled 2-storey gate lodge.
3-bay W facing elevation (to road); tooled rubble, tooled
ashlar dressings. Near centre entrance with plank door with
ornamental cast-iron hinges flanked at left by advanced and
gabled bay with ground floor tripartite. 2-pane glazing;
paired ridge and end tall coped octagonal stacks; flat skews
with shaped skewputts and apex finials; steeply pitched slate
roof.
