Early 19th century. W-facing 2-storey, 3-bay house. Harled.
Entrance in S gable masked by later porch; regular
fenestration in main W front; single ground, 1st floor and
diminutive attic windows in N and S gables; 12-pane glazing.
Wing to rear.
Coped end and wallhead stacks; Banffshire slate roof.
