Mid 19th century. Single storey, 3-bay cottage.
Squared rubble frontage with contrasting painted joints
and margins, harled gable. Centre entrance with
panelled door with Art Nouveau lights in upper part and
in fanlight, simple moulded pilastered jambs; 2 late 19th
century concrete faced gabled wallhead dormers; 2-pane
glazing. Coped end stacks; slate roof with loft roof
