Description

Early 20th-century. 2-storey, 3-bay symmetrical house,
probably part of Knockbrex estate building programme (see
note to Knockbrex House). Rock-faced coursed whinstone.
Round-arched door to centre with fanlight. Segmental arched
windows to outer bays with timber mullions, small-pane
glazing. 4-pane oculus over door. End bays gabled with plain
bargeboards and timber finial. Slate roofs, corniced end
stacks.
Rear elevation similarly detailed, most glazing plateglass,
outer gabled bays flank advanced 2-storey flat-roofed
projecting bay of contemporary date.
