L-plan to front and T-plan to rear; coursed sandstone rubble with ashlar dresings on S and E elevations. Random rubble to rear. Mullioned 2-light windows with Tudor-style drip-moulds on entrance front; 4-centred arched door with simple traceried fanlight. 12-pane sash and case windows on rear elevations. Slated roof, piended at rear. Wallhead stacks, diagonally set square shafts on square bases jettied over pairs of corbel brackets; coped skews and consoled skewputts. Modern flat-roofed addition to rear in NW re-entrant angle.
