Description

Circa 1880-90. 2-storey 3-window to Drummond Street (outer
1st floor windows bipartite). 2nd floor windows all
single-light with piended centre and gabled outer
dormer-heads, wrought-iron finial at piended one; 1-window to
Dundas Street, bipartite at 1st, piended dormer head at 2nd;
rounded angle with monogram panel at 1st, all snecked dark
local rubble with dreestone dressings; older rubble-built
2-storey house 3-window at 1st incorporated at rear, slated
roof, left hand ground floor window altered.
