Formed lay-out on axis of house; railed hemicycle in
front of house with terrace above large walled garden.
Simple granite gatepiers, curved flank walls with

A more expensive variant of Balnakeilly (1821) in
Moulin Parish to which it has many similarities in
plan and detail. The architect may have been Charles Sim
who is described as being at Balnakillie in Heritors'
