Description

Circa 1850. Sizeable L-plan neo-Jacobean villa, enlarged to
west later in same style. 2-storey with dormer heads,
original part L-plan, stugged ashlar front with
hammer-dressed quoins, porch in angle with late Georgian
style fanlight, slated roof with straight skews and
skewputts, chimneys pair of diagonal shafts, projection
gable finialled; later addition same style but omits hammer
dressed quoins; 12-pane sashes at original part, 6-pane upper
sashes only at addition. Coachhouse of later 19th century
date with piended and platformed roof; loft dormer door of
timber with weathervane.
