Later 19th century. Lodge to Drem Farmhouse. Single storey with attic, 3-bay. Squared and snecked rubble with stugged grey ashlar dressings. Entrance through central slate-hung wooden gabled porch with decorative kingpost and bracketted eaves; door with strip fanlight and decorative iron hinges. Bipartites flanking at ground, 2 wooden slate-hung gabled dormers to attic. Lower gabled porch extension at rear with lean-to addition.Grey slates, bracketted eaves, coped ashlar stack.
