Mid 19th century. 2-storey house with attic, gable to Main Street. Coursed, stugged ashlar; base course, band course, hoodmould at 1st and 2nd floor. Later alterations at ground; door to outer left to No 2, 2 windows to right. Bipartite with stone mullion at 1st floor, single window above to attic. Sash and case windows with 12-pane glazing pattern at ground, 4-pane glazing to 1st and attic floors. Grey slates, coped skews and stacks.
Adjoining 1and 2 Manor Place to W. Listed in consideration of context.
