Circa 1840. Terrace of 10 single storey 2-bay estate cottages in Gothic style with central pend, recently restored; end cottages advanced at rear with higher ridge lane and skew division. Roughly squared and snecked red sandstone, droved ashlar dressings, cavetto moulded reveals, eaves course. 2-bay; 5 Tudor arched doorways to each side of similarly arched pend (renewed), pointed window between each door. Pointed arch sash and case windows with traceried pattern to upper sashes. Harled at rear. Red pantiles, ashlar coped skews, 10 coped stacks.
