Roughly squared and snecked dark whinstone with contrasting droved ashlar dressings. 3 kennels, each with doorway and window to left; yard with sets; low ashlar coped rubble retaining wall with wrought and cast-iron railings with fleur-de-lys finials. Window to each end gable; that to left obscured by lean-to; doorway on left return.
