Mid 19th century. Unusually long row of single-storey whin rubble cottages on sloping site, roof slopes with ground. Harled brick dressings at doors and windows and large stugged dressings, some margins painted. Eight double-leaf boarded doors and 14 12-pane sash and case windows, some boarded up. Pantiled roof and 9 stacks, some ashlar, some harled. Internally 2/3 rooms each. No later additions.
