Description

1808, David Wilson; rebuilt, 1850, W. Leslie; later
alterations. Short coursed, dressed rubble pier, with
protective parapet at west. Substantial half-round string
course and steps to shore also at west side.
Later 19th century 2-storey timber boathouse/waiting room.
Single bay, with wide boat entrance in south elevation
opening to beach; single doorway in 1st floor east
elevation giving onto pier. Piended slate roof with
projecting eaves.
