Description

Seacrest built 1818 as single storey house probably
raised circa 1832 when Helensville was built and a shop
added, the shop was given its present form circa 1880.
2 houses now both 2-storey, 3-bay; harled with contrasting
painted margins (Seacrest), tooled ashlar margins
(Helensville). Centre doors; 2-pane glazing; corniced end
and ridge stacks; slate roofs. Shop: 5-bay, single
storey. Ashlar. Wide, near centre door, large flanking
windows with low stall risers chamfered reveals and
plate glass glazing. Cornice and blocking course. Straight
skews, slate roof.
