fabric), 2-storey and attic, 3-bay house with return 2-bay
gable to Ferry Road. Coursed tooled red sandstone, tooled
ashlar dressings; Off-centre entrance flanked (left) by
modern shop and (right) by later 19th century, 3-bay shop
front with centre entrance and panelled aprons to flanking
windows. Symmetrical bipartite fenestration in 1st floor
linked by cill and eaves bands; 3 canted dormers; 2-pane
glazing; broad end stacks.
Slightly lower 2-storey, 3-bay rear wing to Ferry Road.
Slate roofs.
