Early 20th century. Single storey, L-plan power house, with
red-tiled gambrel roofs; open porch in re-entrant angle; 2
doors with spun glass panes. Mullioned gable windows;
continuous string at cill level, harled below, patterned
brickwork with timber framing above.
The architect may have been James Millar, who designed
Noddsdale House.
