Description

Dated 1835. 2-storey, 3-bay corner building with single
storey 3-bay cottage at right angles. North elevation is
rendered, with painted margins; off-centre door, windows in
outer bays. 2 1st floor windows, blind left bay. Canted angle
to left, originally with door at ground (now window) 1
window on 1st floor. Eaves course, cornice and central wall
head pediment. Elevation to Newton street: 1 2-storey bay
with single storey, centre-doored cottage at left. Harled at
ground, rendered 1st floor bay. 1 modern dormer to cottage.
Slate roofs.
