Description

Early 19th century, 2-storey, 3-bay house with bowed outer
bays rising full height into bowed piended roofs; Later
19th century slightly lower 2-symmetrical 3-bay wing
slightly set back at west gable; all coursed rubble with
tooled ashlar dressings. Low 2-storey harled wing extends
to rear of early 19th century portion.
Early 19th century house has narrow side windows flanking
centre windows in bows centre door is masked by late 19th
century glazed porch.
Later 19th century addition has central door with
pedimented and pilastered doorpiece; bipartites in outer
bays, both ground and 1st floor, 1st floor windows rise
through wallhead into finialled gablets.
2- and 4-pane glazing; coped end and ridge stacks; piended
slate roof to early house; gabled slate roofs elsewhere.
