Description

Earlier 19th century house with mid 19th century addition at
south gable (Ord Cottage). Red rubble with contrasting yellow
sandstone dressings.
Milton House: 2 storeys and attic, 3 bays with centre door
masked by glazed porch of circa 1900. 2 piended dormers;
4-pane glazing; panelled and corniced end stacks; slate roof.
Low coped retaining wall with cast-iron spearhead railings.
Ord Cottage: single storey and attic, 3 narrow bays. Modern
glazed door in ground floor with 2 windows to right; single
piended dormer rises through wallhead; 4-pane glazing;
panelled end stack; slate roof.
