Earlier 19th century, probably altered later 19th century.
Single storey and attic, 3-bay south facing cottage; coursed
rubble, tooled and polished ashlar dressings.
Centre door with pointed-headed architraves, slender nook
shafts and hood mould. Flanking windows with 4-pane glazing
(probably later enlargements); later 19th century gabletted
domes with simple 6-pane pointed headed glazing. Coped end
stacks; slate roof with projecting eaves.
