A & W Reid, circa 1860 cruciform plan single storey cottage.
Harl pointed rubble with tooled rubble dressings. Gabled porch
in re-entrant angle to right of south gable; 3-light
window in south gable, narrow windows elsewhere. Lattice
pane glazing; decorative bargeboards and turned finials
to gable aspices. Coped central ridge stack; slate roof.
Cottage fronts lane leading to Plodda Falls. Drawings amongst
