Description

A & W Reid, Elgin and Inverness, 1863. Single storey terrace,
formerly 3 3-bay cottages, now a single dwelling. All harl
pointed rubble with tooled rubble dressings. Nos 1 and 2
retain centre doors; entrance to No 3 now blocked. 12-pane
glazing; paired ridge stacks; slate roofs with overhanging
eaves. Low front garden wall.

Statement of Interest

Built as retirement cottages for Guisachan Estate, allocated

to cowman, ploughman and other rural workers.
