James Matthews 1866 for Town and County Bank. Tall 2-storey basement and attic, harled with granite margins 3-window S.W. front with consoled doorpiece and canted dormers (bank house frontage) 2-window and centre consoled doorpiece S.E. gable to road (bank frontage); a good example of a mid Victorian country bank office.
