Dated 1727. 2-storey 3-bay house, wall-head pediment over
central entrance bay; additions to flanks and to rear; now (1988) abandoned. Harled, doorway with exposed and recessed chamfered
ashlar margins. Sashes at ground with 12-pane glazing pattern,
small 1st floor windows with single pane sashes. Roof covered in
graded slates, stacks cut down.
Category C(S) only because of poor condition. Change of
Category B to C(S) 12.7.88.
