Dated 1778. Single storey, 3-bay cottage. addition to S
gable. Rubble-built, ashlar dressings; whitewashed,
contrasting painted margins. Central recessed panelled door
with fanlight; sash windows with 4-pane glazing. Steep-
pitched gabled and slated roof with coped end stacks and
stone ridging. Addition, with door and dovecot flight-hole
alongside, built to main eaves level, but with shallower
roof pitch.
Dated door lintel also initialled "JH".
