Description

Possibly circa 1777 (ie. contemporary with house doorpiece).
U-plan stables around small narrow court. Single storey
with lofts. Painted rubble and contrasting ashlar margins.
Piended talle N range with roof swept down at N over
stables; parallel ranges each with segmental-arched cartway
and small oculus in S-facing gables; courtyard partly
covered with modern glazed roof; other roofs slated, and
swept over horizontal roof ventilators.
