Description

Circa 1840. 2-storey house, former inn, symmetrical 3-bay front with single storey flanking wing to right. Painted rubble, raised painted cills. Central gabled projecting single storey porch. Flanking this single windows to ground and 1st. 1st floor windows set in gablets. All sash and case with 12-pane glazing. Single storey wing blank to front, door flanked by 12-pane windows to rear, and loft door in gablehead. End skews, corniced end stacks with tall individual ashlar cans. Slate roofs, bracketted eaves to gablets.
