Description

Earlier.mid 19th century (possibly raised in height later in
century). 2 storeys; 7 (4 + 3) bays. Former school
schoolhouse, under continuous long roof; now 2 houses.
Rubble-built with ashlar dressings; (4-bay) house to north
(Schoolhouse) now harled, with door to right; house to south
(Criffel View) is whitewashed, with central door. Sash
windows throughout with 3-pane glazing. Straight skews;
corniced end stacks; roofed with graded slates. Rear wings.
