Description

Dated 1867. Asymmetrical 2-storey Scots Baronial villa. Built
of yellow brick with contrasting red ashlar dressings. South
elevation: arched doorway in finialed conical-roofed
off-centre circular turret, pedimented narrow bay linked to
advanced left gable; 1st floor window to right has gabled
dormer head. Windows mostly mullioned and/or transomed;
stepped string to upper floor; crow-stepped gables; corniced
stacks; slate roofs (4 solar panels).
Altered low wing to west.
