Early-mid 19th century. Single storey, 3-bay cottage with
continuous narrow 2-bay addition (former store) at S gable.
Heavily pointed rubble, rendered reveals. Centre entrance,
further entrance and small window in addition, 4-pane
glazing. Boulder footings; end stacks, brick to extension
replacing former 'hanging lum'; corrugated asbestos roof to
main cottage, corrugated-iron to extension.
