Description

Later 19th century. 2-storey, 5-bay wing projecting from
rear of Academy house and forming separate dwelling. Rubble,
tooled ashlar dressings and margins. Off-centre entrance
with square single storey porch; closely paired fenestration
in each outer bay, the 1st floor windows breaking wallhead
as gabled dormers; 2-pane glazing. Centre front shouldered
wallhead stack; end stacks; slate roof.
GARDEN WALL: frontage enclosed by low coped rubble wall.
