Late 18th century. Slightly hump-backed rubble bridge, parapets splayed out at approaches, plain copings. Segmental main arch to River Eden, droved voussoirs, arch repaired in brick; single triangular cutwater with battered coping on west side. Stilted round arch to flood opening higher up on south side.
Partly in Collessie Parish. River Eden was embanked by Mr Johnstone of Lathrisk and a "straight channel cut about 1787".
