Circa 1865. Probably James Duncan of Turriff. 2-storey, 3-bay, L-plan manse. Harled, with Turriff sandstone dressings.
E ELEVATION: door to centre with letterbox fanlight and bracketed cornice. Canted bays flanking at ground floor. 3 window to 1st floor breaking eaves in gabled dormerheads with finials.
W ELEVATION: wing at right angles to rear; windows at each floor to each re-entrant elevation. Blind gable ends. Sash and case windows with 4-pane glazing pattern. Grey slates, ashlar coped skews and gablet skewputts, corniced ashlar stacks with decorative cans.
INTERIOR: some original fireplaces, wood graining to doors,
cast-iron balustrade to stair.
Piend-roofed, half-slated outbuilding to S. Church to N listed separately.
