Dick Peddie and Walker Todd, circa 1920, for Richard Baille, 2-storey, asymmetrical 3-bay house with attic, curvilinear gables, single storey additions to E and rear. White painted harling, concrete cills, wooden mullions to bipartites. Diamond motif to boarded exterior shutters.
S ELEVATION: entrance via flat-roofed porch addition to E; roll-moulded door surround, window to right. 4 windows at ground floor; 2 windows to left with shutters, 2 narrow windows to outer right bay. 2 bipartites close under eaves at 1st floor. Piend roofed dormer off-centre to attic with bipartite.
W ELEVATION: canted bay at ground with shutters. Flat-roofed addition to left with French Windows flanked by hexagonal windows with moulded cills. 2 windows at 1st floor. Round-headed glazed doorway to attic with wrought-iron balcony and flanking single lights with similar guards. Single storey addition to E gable at ground, 3 windows at 1st floor, 2 small windows to attic. Piend roofed addition adjoining at rear. 2 windows at 1st floor, swept dormer to attic. Sash and case windows with 12 and 6-pane glazing pattern. Shaped, coped gables painted blue. Harled gable end stacks, shouldered wallhead stack at rear; original terracotta cans. Large grey slates.
