Early 19th century. Farm building in castellated Gothic style, originally 2-storey and symmetrical, now altered to form single unit internally. Conglomerate (clinkstone), ashlar to gables, irregularly coursed rubble to sides.
Matching gables to E and W with tall moulded crenellations. Tall recessed central bay in Gothic arch, incorporating boarded doors to ground and 1st floor, hoists to 1st floor, also later metal stairway to W gable. S elevation with 6 bays, 6 raised windows, 6 openings mostly infilled at ground level, 2 louvred vents at eaves level. N elevation originally similar to S now much altered, including large doorway slapped towards W gable.
Fenestration fixed, 6 lying panes, also 6 skylights to S roofslope. Roof in graded grey Scotch slates.
