Description

Patrick Thoms, earlier 20th century. Single storey and attic, rectangular-plan, symmetrical pair of plain Arts and Crafts-style villas. Rubble construction, slate roof. Relieving arches over openings, out-of-character hardwood windows and doors. Coped ridge stack.

S ELEVATION: paired asymmetrical gables to centre, windows to ground and attic floor; door with adjoining window to left and right.

E AND W GABLES: window to ground and attic floor, asymmetrical.

N ELEVATION: not seen.

INTERIOR: not seen.

BOUNDARY WALLS: rubble boundary walls to S and W.
