Description

Late 19th century. Single storey and attic, Arts and Crafts style villa. Cream rubble sandstone with red ashlar dressings, grey slate piended and gabled roof with terracotta ridge tiles and ball finials. Original single and bipartite timber sash and case

windows, single or 2-pane to bottom, multi-pane to top, chamfered and quoined jambs and mullions; bracketted eaves, plain bargeboards to gables, cast-iron rainwater goods.

FRONT ELEVATION: 2-leaf boarded door 2nd bay from left with multi-pane fanlight and round-headed chamfered doorcase, dormerheaded window above with adjoining wallhead stack, paired narrow windows to left, single window to right, bipartite to far right with corbelled gable and bipartite above.

LEFT RETURN ELEVATION: principal gable to right; door to right, bipartite projecting window to left with pentice roof extending to verandah-type porch to right, bipartite window above; window to bay at left, small bipartite window to lower bay at far left.
