Description

Early 19th century, former herring curing station.
Symmetrical 2-storey, south facing, 3-bay house with centre
door masked by piended porch with side entrance; flanking
single storey, 3-bay wings, each with centre door and piended
roof. 12-pane glazing; inserted picture window in east gable;
end stacks to centre portion; concrete tiled roof. Rear
enclosed by high coped rubble wall with segmental headed
arched entrance close by house in west.
